Essence Defilers arrive to channel Defiling Taint upon the Avatar of Sethraliss until their defeat. As part of their assault, Corrupted Guardians appear whose Corrupted Lifeforce can be cleansed to heal the Avatar. Upon removal of Defiling Taint, Faithless Tormentors fixate on the party's healer and attempt to strike them with Shadowlash. The battle ends once players fully restore the Avatar.

Damage Dealers

• Defeating all Essence Defilers cleanses the Avatar of Defiling Taint. • The Avatar consumes Corrupted Lifeforce from Corrupted Guardians once purified. • After damaging Faithless Tormentors, the Avatar Siphons the Weak.

Healers

• The battle ends in victory once the Avatar reaches full health. • Essence Defilers' Defiling Taint and Faithless Tormentors' Shadowlash thwart healing. • The Avatar consumes Corrupted Lifeforce from Corrupted Guardians once purified.

Tanks

• Corrupted Guardians inflict significant Physical and Shadow damage with Tainted Strike. • The Avatar consumes Corrupted Lifeforce from Corrupted Guardians once purified. • Essence Defilers' Defiling Taint and Faithless Tormentors' Shadowlash thwart healing.
