Abilities

Vexallus shocks a player with concussive force, inflicting 0 Arcane damage, then inflicting an additional 0 Arcane damage every 3 seconds for 12 sec.
Overload
When Vexallus reaches 20% remaining health, he begins overloading all nearby players every 2 sec, inflicting 0 Arcane damage and increasing all damage taken for 10 sec.
Pure Energy
Vexallus summons a Pure Energy whenever his remaining health is reduced by 15%.
Energy Bolt
Pure Energy inflicts 0 Arcane damage to all players within 40 yards every 5 seconds.
Energy Feedback
Attacking Pure Energy has a chance to absorb its energy, increasing your damage dealt by 20% and inflicting 0 Arcane damage every 1 sec for 15 sec.
